| All production areas are completely set-up
with E.S.D handling precautions including grounded work stations,
operator wrist straps, operator anti-static smocks as well as E.S.D.
waxed floors. Training and Certification is provided for all production
staff with annual recertification. Liberty's Quality Assurance System
is set-up in accordance with MIL-I-45208. The calibration is accomplished
in accordance with MIL-STD-45662 and are traceble to the N.I.S.T..
All appropriate specifications and procedures are in place, updated
on a regular basis and comply with MIL-STD-883. Records and other
significant documents are retained for a minimum of 5 years. |

| Liberty Laboratories Inc., has been successfully performing
Burn-In and Testing Services for more than 21 years in the Silicon
Valley. |
| Liberty tracks Work-In-Process on an in-house computerized
network which lists all customer jobs and their location. Production
Control and Customer Service use this information in planning work
flow and in informing customers as to the status of their products.

| Liberty also performs a routine inspection of all
outgoing customer lots to ensure Quality Workmanship. Liberty is
also sensitive to Prompt Turn-around Time. |
