| Quality Assurance System is set-up in accordance
with MIL-I-45208. The calibration is accomplished in accordance
with MIL-STD-45662. All appropriate specifications and procedures
are in place, updated on a regular basis and comply with MIL-STD-883.
Records and other significant documents are retained for a minimum
of 5 years. |

| All production areas within Liberty Laboratories are
completely set-up with E.S.D. handling precautions including grounded
work stations, operator wrist straps (which are tested daily) and
operator anti-static smocks. Training and Certification is provided
for all production staff compliant to the latest E.S.D. standards
with recertification anually. |
